Architectural Design and Planning
Based on customer preference; services are provided for determining the Project Authors (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Landscape, Interior Design, etc.) to be included in the project and preparing their contracts. Ensuring the coordination and harmonious work of Engineering-Landscape offices in line with design criteria, as well as their integration into the project and management, is carried out.
Brand Integration
For planned or existing investments, negotiations with local or international chain brands are conducted for operation (management) and/or naming rights (franchise). The goal in these negotiations is to secure the most favorable terms and maximum benefit for the investor.
- Establishing connections with targeted domestic and international operators or companies granting naming rights for the operation of the hotel, and creating agreement models.
- Obtaining proposals for operation and franchise rights in line with international standards and benchmarks, and providing a letter of intent.
- After negotiations and discussions on the agreement models decided by the investor, a definitive contract is signed with a hotel group as a result of the negotiations and bargaining.
